We returned to the village to have breakfast at the boutique hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Everything they serve is grown on the property or nearby. All bread and jams are made right there in the kitchen. Eggs come from hens raised right behind the kitchen.
All of the tables are outside on patios and terraces, surrounded by gardens.
The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and the scenery is incredible.
After breakfast, we mentioned that he should have cooking classes, and found out that he does! The last class of the season was this afternoon. The class was full, but we got permission to come back and watch. I didn't understand anything, but it was such fun just watching, and, can you imagine a better setting for a cooking class?
This is the garden where they grow many of their vegetables and herbs, and the blue building is the chicken coup.
Love this! Baxter and I celebrated our third anniversary at this absolutely gorgeous restaurant!
